Sunseeker is a beautiful 2 double bedroomed detached bungalow situated in a quiet residential area of Newlyn being just a short walk to the harbour and seafront.

Fantastic far reaching ocean,coastal and rooftop views are enjoyed from the sitting room,kitchen,garden room and master bedroom and of course from the beautifully maintained private wrap around gardens and terraces.

Newlyn is an atmospheric and traditional fishing port with a colourful and bustling harbour,home to one of the largest fishing fleets in England and the well known Penlee Lifeboat!

Steeped in history,Newlyn is perfectly placed on the western shores of Mounts Bay.The world famous artists community has produced many famous artisans past and present including Thomas Cooper Gotch,Henry Scott Tuke and Stanhope Forbes.

The village offers a butcher,baker,post office,several fish markets selling fresh locally caught fish and shellfish,supermarket and a selection of galleries,cafe's restaurants and pubs.

Perfectly placed,with a frequent bus service if required,Newlyn is only a mile away, along a level promenade, from Penzance and a half hour walk in the opposite direction to the picturesque village of Mousehole.

Sunseeker is perfectly positioned as an ideal base for touring the breathtaking scenery of the West of Cornwall. In one direction you have Lands End and Sennen (fantastic beach and surf),Porthcurno and the world famous Minnack Theatre carved into the cliffs.

Turn the other way and you have Penzance,Marazion and St Michaels Mount. The lizard peninsula,Falmouth,Truro,Heligan and the Eden Project,the list goes on.

We haven't even mentioned St Ives! just a 20minute drive away. As you can see,a week may not be long enough to enjoy all that this beautiful area has to offer.

• Double aspect sitting room enjoying stunning views across Penzance in one direction and sweeping across the bay past St. Michaels Mount to the Lizard and back to Newlyn harbour.
• Flatscreen digital 37" television with DVD, CD, Cinema surround sound, Playstation and games, selection of books and boardgames.
• Electric fire and central heating radiator, beautifully furnished with quality fabrics and furniture.
• Large kitchen/dining room with brand new fitted kitchen consisting of numerous base and wall units, electric hob and oven, extractor fan, Bosch dishwasher and tall fridge freezer, microwave oven, kettle toaster and coffee maker. Solid oak worktops and dining table with leather chairs. Stunning harbour views.
• Glazed door to - Garden Room, again taking in the fantastic scenery- seating for 4 people and storage cupboards for iron & board and cleaning items. Double doors lead to a paved patio and the gardens.

• Adjacent to the patio area is a further gravelled seating area with table, chairs and umberella fantastically placed to enjoy the views whilst eating lunch or enjoying a pre dinner drink. A sloping lawn leads down past the basement room which houses the automatic washing machine amd the consumer unit,as well as a belfast sink and taps. Storage area for bicycles/surf boards etc.
• At the side of the entrance porch is a further seating area again enjoying the views.

Sunseeker lies at the end of a residential cul-de-sac with its own parking space in front of the garage.The property itself is accessed down a path to the side of the garage.
