Rates

Premier rooms are larger and have ocean views or decked outdoor seating area. Deluxe rooms look over the rear garden.

All rooms are en-suite, colour TV, hairdryers, radio alarms and hospitality trays, and are decorated and furnished to a high standard.

All prices are per person per night.

New for 2008: Our newly refurbished ground floor room 4 (Super king or Twin) has a luxury walk-in wet room. Please add £3 pppn to the premier price quoted above.

Should you wish to book our 3 course evening meal once you are on holiday, a charge of £15.00 per person is applicable.

No Evening/Sunday Meals from July 14th to Sept 7th.

Packed lunches are available on request.

Children's Reductions

Children sharing with two adults will be charged as follows:

Under 3 years: FREE
Age 3 - 7 years: Half Price
Age 8 - 13 years: Three Quarters Price

SENIOR CITIZENS: 5% DISCOUNT on full weeks (excluding July & August and Special Deals)

As we have no single rooms, a charge of one and two thirds is made for a single occupancy of a double room. This may rise to full room occupancy rate at peak times. Please telephone for full details.

Reservations

Offers of accommodation are made according to the availability at the time of writing, reservations are accepted and confirmed on receipt of a non returnable deposit of £40.00 per person, per week and this will be deducted from the final account.

It is regretted that no allowances can be made for temporary absence, early departure, late arrival or meals not taken. We reserve the right to vary prices.

Cancellations

Should it become necessary for guests to cancel their reservations, the hotel should be informed without delay, and ever endeavour will be made to re-let the accommodation. Should this prove not possible the hotel reserves the right to be reimbursed for any loss involved, normally calculated at up to two thirds of the total value of the booking. This risk can be covered by holiday insurance.

Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10.00am of the day of departure.

We regret rooms cannot be made available until after 3.30pm on the day of arrival.
